My name is Ches Jackson and I live in Collierville, TN. with my wife and three children.  I attended and purchased multiple lots at the first JCG Sales Event at Eagle Point.  Since the initial purchase I have constructed a home on one of the lots for me and my family to enjoy this summer, as well as plan to build a couple of spec homes on the other lots based upon demand but most importantly the uniqueness of the Eagle Point Community.

 I have worked with many people within the JCG Family and truly express my gratitude for their support in handling building issues, etc. for me and the family.  JCG & Associates is a company that has differentiated itself from other developers and or building companies by bringing all aspects of land development together.  Our society has created expectations of a one stop shop environment in the retail market and JCG has followed-up with market requests and demands by structuring their organization to meet all property owner needs. Eagle Point a Waterfront Community

I am proud to be a owner of a lot at the Eagle Point development on the Tennessee River.  I am presently building a weekend getaway home there. I am very impressed with the professional and friendly manner in which Chris Gibbs and his staff at JCG & Associates have handled the various aspects of building at Eagle Point,  They have made the project most enjoyable. The scenic views are awesome.  Look forward to completion of my house with the continued helpful assist of the staff at JCG & Associates.

My name is Mark Bills, my wife's name is Sandie.  I am a dentist from Venice, Florida, practicing in that town for over 25 years.  We have enjoyed the mountains of Tennessee and North Carolina for quite some time, taking several trips each year to various areas.  We had "looked" at different properties during that time, but only recently did we make a decision to seriously seek out real estate to purchase.  Coincidentally, it was at this time that we became aware of Brush Mountain Farms, and a contact individual named Brian Kitts.  We scheduled a visit to the  property, and several phone conversations with Brian ensued.  Brian was most helpful, knowledgeable, and informative.  We visited the Brush Mountain Farms property and were incredibly impressed, so much so that we bought two lots within the community.  The overall experience has been one of the best in my real estate dealings.  Chris Gibbs, the developer, his staff, and especially his mother made us feel as though we were part of their family!  It is truly hard to express the positive experience that we have encountered in the Brush Mountain Farms community.  You all are just great!!!!!

Liz and I would like to extend our thanks for the wonderful hospitality we were shown when we last went to Kentucky to look at the property at Brush Mountain Farms.  Coming from Arizona, we thought we were used to scenic landscapes and a diverse terrain.  We did not expect the lush, green beauty of Brush Mountain Farms.  The area was breathtaking!  We were immediately taken with the countryside.  One could easily question why a couple from Arizona would go all the way to Kentucky to look at acquiring real estate when there is so much beautiful land in the Southwest.  Quite simply, the people we encountered in Lexington and later at Brush Mountain Farms made the thought of having a second home there more attractive.  We were treated as if we were a part of the family and did not get the "hard sell."  Instead, you and Chris listened carefully to what we had in mind and patiently took us through the area until we found exactly what we were looking for.  You all made us feel like taking care of us was the only thing you had to do that day and that very personal touch took away any second thoughts we were having about buying land so far from home base.  We felt assured that you folks would be there to assist us not only through the purchase, but long after, past construction of the home and development of the property.  Again. the feeling that came to mind was a feeling of family and friendship.  This is what transcended the business transaction.  Whomever chooses to engage in business with you is in for a treat.  We look forward to a very long relationship with you and the folks at Brush Mountain Farms.

Deerwater Lake

Brian, Chris and the rest of their staff made our land purchase a rewarding experience in every way. We were impressed with how personable and knowledgeable they were. However, what sealed the deal was how they are good stewards of the land. Their desire to integrate Deer Lake properties with the surrounding natural landscape without                                   altering the terrain was the biggest appeal.

I respectfully request for it to be known to JCG & Associates how blessed I am to have purchased land at The Plateau at White Creek Acres. Ownership of land is one's greatest feat. It is said that location is paramount in any successful venture. I believe the phrase; "God's Country," best describes the area of which I now own acreage. And believe that I have successfully obtained something so tangible that I can not put in words.
Being from Florida, my children have yet to realize what country living is all about. With the majestic view of the hills, the tranquil sound of flowing water and the sun rising and casting an exhilarating picturesque shining ray, is truly a blessed gift from God.
JCG & Associates made purchasing my lot in the Plateau area very obtainable and surprisingly no pressures. You are very fortunate to work with people that are passionate about developing property in a manner that allow someone such as myself to realize a dream come true!
I look forward to expressing unto others here in Florida what they are missing. Furthermore, I will encourage them to look into whatever JCG & Associates are developing in the near future.

White Creek Acres
Our purchase of 5 acres at The Plateau at White Creek Acres was a fun experience. Brian was not high pressure and very congenial. We had a good time looking at the property. He let us direct him and look at all the properties that we wanted to. He went to the trouble to 4-wheel us down to the creek so we could experience that. He was a big help with the financing especially when we hit a snag. He was always very accommodating. We liked his down to earth style. I didn't realize until later that I was working with the Sales Manager. I could tell he was very proud of being a Marine and I was proud for him, even though I was an old Navy guy.
